The company Agency for you s.r.o., with its registered office at Smetanovo náměstí 131, Litomyšl-Město, 570 01 Litomyšl, registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, file number C 5525/KSHK, processes in the case of responding to an inquiry submitted via the contact form, personal data in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “Regulation”), the following personal data: name and surname, email, and phone.
Processing of Personal Data
The processing is carried out by Agency for you s.r.o., the data controller.
Please be aware that under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- request information about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
- request the deletion of this personal data – however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations,
- in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Purpose of Personal Data Processing, Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is mainly used to fulfill the purpose of the contract between you and us, processing to respond to an inquiry submitted via the contact form, to inform you as a customer via a newsletter, or to fulfill our legal obligations, particularly accounting and tax. Additional specific reasons for processing your personal data may include:
- Legitimate interests of the Controller; in this case, we process personal data mainly through cookies, for which you have given consent via your web browser, and our legitimate interest is also the legal basis for receiving a customer newsletter, which we may send to your email inbox after verifying your identity (authenticity of the email), and you are allowed to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
- Your consent; if you have expressly given us such consent, we may send you, for example, commercial communications, and you may revoke your consent at any time;
- Fulfillment of the Controller’s legal obligations towards public authorities and institutions.

- Personal data that the data subject voluntarily fills in the text sections of contact forms (contract, web form).
Duration for which Personal Data Will Be Stored
The Controller processes the respective personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship (e.g., for the duration of an order) and even after its termination:
- For the period resulting from the legal regulations applicable to the relationship;
- For the entire duration of any outstanding claim of the Controller that can be asserted against the data subject before a public authority.
Categories of Recipients of Personal Data and Data Transfer
Personal data will only be accessible to the Controller, including the relevant employees of the Controller, who are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding this data as well as security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of this personal data. Personal data may be made available to entities other than those listed here only in cases where the disclosure of personal data is explicitly required by law.
The Controller will not transfer personal data to third countries or any international organization but may use processors who will transfer personal data to other processors. These processors are:
